Privacy Policy

When you request a quote through our online form, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• ZIP code and the service address for the installation
• Home details — approximate size in square feet and home type
• The condition of your current HVAC system
• The system or equipment tier you select
• Your budget range and any notes you choose to add

If you contact us directly by phone or email, we also receive the information you share in that conversation.

• Advertising attribution. On your first visit we record the page you landed on, the referring site, the time of your first visit, your device type (mobile or desktop), and any ad-click identifiers in the page address — such as a Google Click ID (GCLID) or UTM campaign parameters. This is stored in your browser’s local storage and attached to your quote request when you submit it, so we know which ad or channel brought you to us.
• Advertising and measurement tags. We use the Google Ads tag on our site, which sets cookies to measure ad performance and conversions. We also record which steps of the quote form are viewed and completed so we can improve the form.
• Spam protection. Our quote form includes a hidden field used only to detect automated bot submissions.

• Prepare and email your budgetary estimate
• Contact you about your request — for example, to confirm details or schedule next steps
• Match your project with a licensed, insured contractor partner
• Send new-lead alerts to our own team
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve the website
• Detect and prevent spam and abuse

We never sell your personal information.

We share it only with:

• Contractor partners. Licensed and insured HVAC contractors who may perform your installation receive your contact information and project details so they can follow up on your request.
• Service providers. Companies that process data on our behalf to run this service: database hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), internal team alerts (Twilio and Slack), and advertising measurement (Google).
• Legal requirements. If required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

The Google Ads tag sets cookies used for advertising measurement. We also use your browser’s local storage to remember first-visit attribution details (described above) and a short-lived session flag so a completed quote submission is counted only once.

You can clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from requesting a quote.

We keep quote-request information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including following up on your project and maintaining business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@nexhomeco.com.
• You can opt out of further communications about your quote by telling us by phone or email.

Our service is for homeowners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
